At Tann, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully for a seamless experience.

Returns

We accept returns only for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at Tannstore@gmail.com to initiate the return process. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved by our Customer Experience Team, we will arrange for the reverse pickup of the product within 7 days of receiving your request.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item and place a separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note that all products are designed to fit in an oversized manner. If you believe the product is excessively oversized or the size is too large, refer to the size chart before making a purchase. For any questions or concerns about a specific item, feel free to reach out to us.
